Ben and Genevieve Twomey are the proud owners of The Southern Highlands Brewing Co in Sutton Forest. After years of working on their careers in the UAE and Europe, they chose the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales to settle and raise their family on the estate that now hosts the SHBC brewing facility and their hops plantation.

Camo’s philosophy is that a brilliant beer needs to be balanced and sessionable.

Camo pays homage to all beer styles and politely declines to be swayed by trends, believing that traditional Pilsners, Lagers and Blondes sit equally among the fashionable Pale Ales and IPAs, and he anchors the range with hand-pumped Reds and a Nitro Porter.
