"MEET THE BREWER" at Taphouse.
Every month we thoroughly enjoy launching our Invitational Tap- not only does it help us support other local makers but it also gives our patrons an opportunity to sample something from a little further afield- not to mention how much we like drinking it ourselves!
This month we have the pleasure of welcoming local brewer Jacob Newman from the fantastic Eden Brewery in Mittagong. Jacob will be at Taphouse to talk about his very good drop that will feature on the Taphouse Invitational Tap for the month, the “Phoenix D. Kottbusser”.
Jacob will be joining our SHBC Head Brewer Cameron James at 5.30pm this Thursday, 15th February at the Taphouse to officially introduce the beer, pour a few, and have a yarn about its fascinating origins, the inspiration behind his desire to make it and a bit about Jacob himself.
