Belgian Golden Ale

This Belgian style Golden Ale is fermented with one of Cupitt’s favourite strains of Belgian yeast and displays subtle yet complex combinations of spice, honey and fruit. Very dry, as per style, for the alcohol content.

Kottbusser

This beer is the merging of two incredible stories. The style Kottbusser, named after the German town it comes from, is brewed with honey, oats, molasses, wheat, barley and hops. Similar in style to a Pilsner cross Cream Ale, this beer was made illegal in 1516 and forgotten to time by the Reinheitsgebot purity law and remains one of the rarer styles of beer today. The Phoenix Dactylifera, was brought back from extinction after a 2000 year old seed found in the tomb of Herod the Great, was planted and sprouted! The oldest seed to germinate on record.

Extra Pale Ale

From our good friends in Wollongong, Five Barrel Brewing, comes this big hitting XPA. It’s an Extra Pale Ale, single hopped with Citra. Extra Pale is not a ‘very pale beer’; it means more hop flavour at the same alcohol levels you’d expect from a regular Pale Ale. It shows strong tropical fruit and floral aromas with a mild bitterness and clean finish. Hoppy like an IPA, easy like a Pale Ale.
